Paper Flower Shadow Box

Materials

• A box Frame

Instructions

1. Begin in Cricut the design area by choosing two squares. Create one square slightly smaller than the other, then slice it until you have the square frame. It is the support edge of each layer. Repeat this process you’d like to make.
2. Start to sketch your pictures. Select the theme for your box. so I looked up rainbow balloon clouds, sky, and clouds. Cut any portions of images that you don’t need.
3. I  wanted to make clouds as a background with stars. To achieve this, I chose several cloud shapes and used squares to make corners and edges.
4. Please select a star on the left side shape bar and duplicate it several times to create many stars. Adjust the size of the star and place the stars over the clouds. 
5. Repeat this process until you have the entire paper cut. Please ensure your images’ position inside the Cricut shadow box is in the correct order.
6. Before cutting the images, choose the colors you’d like each layer to have. It is helpful to color the images in the design space.
7. Layer each cut piece one over the other so they’re the same, and then attach the images. They’ll still be cut differently, but this can be helpful when making the cut size.
8. Once you’re satisfied with the dimensions, click cut. Also, you will need to cut a square for your background in case you would like a simple background for the Cricut shade. 
9. After all the pieces are cut, please place them in order and begin building the cut paper. Make use of the glue dot or stick pads to build the image by first gluing the background.
10. Layer by layer until the Cricut Shadow Box is finished and place it into the frame.

3D Cricut shadow box

Material
